Surgical Assurance Policy

Arizona Canine Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is confident in the methods, surgical techniques, the level of service we provide and the quality of orthopedic materials that we select to use.

Your Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy - includes a 90-day assurance policy for you and your pet.

For 90 days from the date of surgery, your pet has the full medical support of our office to aid and assist in the recovery process - free of charge - including, but not limited to:

• All scheduled and unscheduled clinical follow-ups,
• All radiographs
• Should it be necessary, revision surgery for the management of implant and fixation-related complications.

Note: Postoperative incisional, surgical site infections and associated costs for diagnostics, treatments, and medications are excluded from this policy.

Our outcome ‘warranty’ is a product of a strong and trusting partnership between Arizona Canine Orthopedics and you, the pet owner.

And when it comes to understanding veterinary orthopedic surgical procedures, options, education, implants, doctors, experience, equipment, and cost of care, we hope you'll find ACOSM is different... in a good way.  It might just be like comparing apples to oranges!

 

This assurance policy assumes compliance with the correct postoperative aftercare as stated and discussed with the owner at discharge. Owners further agree to have read and/or have been explained the discharge instructions to their complete understanding and agree to closely comply with all recommendations in good faith and to the best of their abilities.

If postoperative claims of injury are found to be a result of inappropriate aftercare, then the assurance policy becomes void and Arizona Canine Orthopedics & Sports Medicine reserves the right to collect all appropriate fees for any further treatment at the discretion of the company.
